Yes, we do provide the certificate of authenticity with every purchase.

Do you provide returns and refunds ?

We do not provide returns and refunds due to authentic nature of each painting. To avoid any disappointment we encourage you to request more photos or videos of the painting that you liked.

How do I contact you to request more photos and video?

I have an idea of the painting but I do not see it online for sale. What should I do?

Please contact us via contact form on the website or via email order@mykolafineart.com. We might also offer you a painting that is not staged in the online gallery however we have it available at the studio.

I saw that Mykola has a photography collection but I do not see it online. How can I find it?

Please contact us to request the photography that you liked. We can print the photography in various sizes and media.

Do you provide a secure checkout?

Yes, we do provide a secure checkout. You will receive an email confirmation upon your purchase is complete.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, upon shipping we will email you a tracking number.
