Mykola Khodorovsky was the Artist in soul inspired by his Muse to create original abstract paintings and his famous American Flag Collection. Mykola`s extraordinary talent was a photography. Mykola took pictures all of his life, first time he picked up a camera in the age of 9. Capturing moments on film and digitally, he turned them into eternity - "Stop, moment, you're beautiful!", as Goethe wrote. Photography for Mykola was not only a profession, but it was his passion for a life-long. Mykola was a successful entrepreneur in Ukraine, marketing professional with a MBA degree. He obtained a Diploma of Kiev School of Photography in 2004 and improved his knowledge when graduated Professional Photography Course in San Francisco, CA. Mykola used to have another hobby - diving. He made more than 1000 dives, each time with a camera. He issued a book fully illustrated with his underwater pictures about diving in Egypt. Synergy of Mykola`s biggest life passions brought him into the Art world. His wife Mila inspired him to paint marine abstracts resurrecting his underwater photography onto the Art Board. Mykola discovered his unique flow abstract style using all shades of blue acrylics and epoxy resin. Like Louboutin in the shoe industry Mykola had his "red sole" in the Art - all of his frames are in Gold. Being permanent participant of Art Shows Mykola spread his Artworks all over South Florida and Northern States. Mykola`s paintings are on the walls of the famous philanthropist's` mansions in Palm Beach and celebrities` apartments on the 5th Avenue in Manhattan. The most famous Mykola`s American Flag Painting Collection is the series of the Star-Spangled Banner inspired paintings using authentic American symbolics - eagle, dollar bills, vintage postcards, road maps. At the Art Market Hamptons in summer 2022 Hamptons Magazine featured Mykola`s painting “American Flag Collection. Retro Edition” in the overview of the whole show.Awarded 5 times as the best Photographer in Sunny Isles Beach, FL, Mykola had multiple media publications and magazine covers. On December 15, 2022 the Mayor of Sunny Isles Beach honored Mykola`s artistic contribution by Lifetime Legacy Award.
